THE EXPORT CONTROL (DECLARATION OF EXPORT CONTROLLED GOODS) ORDER (1954)

(Section 4(1))

G.N. No. 378 of 1954

   1. This Order may be cited as the Exports Control (Declaration of Export Controlled Goods) Order.

   2. The goods specified in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order are hereby declared to be export controlled goods for the purposes of the Exports Control Act *.

   3. [Revokes the Exports Control (Declaration of Export Controlled Goods) Order, 1950 *.]
