2. The Njombe and Lushoto Districts are hereby declared to be wattle bark industry development areas.

1. Title
These Rules may be cited as the Wattle Bark Industry (Forms and Fees) Rules.
2. Form of application
Every application for a licence or for consent to the transfer of a licence under the Wattle Bark Industry Act * shall be in the appropriate form set out in the First Schedule hereto and shall contain the information required therein, and be accompanied by the appropriate fee.
3. Form of licence
Every licence issued under the Wattle Bark Industry Act shall be in the form set out in the Second Schedule to these Rules.
4. Fees
The fees set out in the second column of the Third Schedule to these Rules shall be paid in respect of the matters set out in the first column of that Schedule.
