    1. This Notice may be cited as the War Graves (Vesting) Notice.

    2. The control of the areas of land, war graves, war grave cemeteries, memorials and monuments described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

SCHEDULE

ARUSHA CEMETERY

    The piece of public land, enclosed by steel pale fencing, as indicated on Plan No. 766 and situated within the area of the Public Cemetery in Arusha Municipality.

BUHORO GRAVE AND MONUMENT

    The piece of land shown on Plan No. 3152.

DAR ES SALAAM, UPANGA ROAD CEMETERY

    The area of the Public Cemetery as shown on Plan No. 741 R, and situated in Upanga Road in the City of Dar es Salaam.

DAR ES SALAAM, BAGAMOYO ROAD CEMETERY

    All that area of public ground within the City of Dar es Salaam comprising approximately 2.729 acres and shown edged red on Plan No. D1. 822/1 deposited with the Commissioner for Surveys and Mapping Dar es Salaam, under registered plan Number 13761.

DAR ES SALAAM, PUGU ROAD NATIVE CHRISTIAN CEMETERY

    The area of the Native Christian Cemetery as indicated on Plan No. 956 situated at Pugu Road in the City of Dar es Salaam.

DAR ES SALAAM, MEMORIAL TO NATIVE TROOPS

    The site area of the Memorial to Native Troops as situated in the City of Dar es Salaam, at the junction of Independence Avenue, Versailles Street and Park Avenue, and indicated on Plan No. 926.

DODOMA CEMETERY

    That portion of the Public Cemetery in the Dodoma Municipality which is enclosed on the east, north and south sides by steel pale fencing and on the west side by a hedge as indicated on Plan No. 772.

DODOMA INDIAN AND NATIVE CHRISTIAN CEMETERY

    The piece of public land within the area of the Public Cemetery in Dodoma Municipality and bounded on the north, south and west by steel pale fencing and on the east by a hedge as indicated on Plan No. 772.

GOTTORP (UVINZA) GRAVE AND MONUMENT

    The area of land surrounded by hedges as shown on Plan No. 3149.

IRINGA CEMETERY

    The area of the Public Cemetery enclosed by steel pale fencing as indicated on Plan No. 834 in Iringa Municipality.

KASHOZIBAKAYA (KATO) CEMETERY

    The area of land shown on Plan No. 3153.

LONGIDO CEMETERY

    The piece of public land, as enclosed by steel pale fencing, indicated on Plan No. 786 and situated adjacent to the permanent water hole at the base of the southern slopes of Longido Mountain.

LULANGURU CEMETERIES AND GRAVE

    The area of land surrounded by hedges situated north of the Usoke-Lulanguru-Tabora road and approximately 3,500 yards west of Lulanguru village as shown on Plan No. 3156.

    The piece of land situated 38 feet north of the central railway line approximately 1 kilometre east of Lulanguru station and 120 yards west of post No. 865 as shown on Plan No. 3155.

MABAMA CEMETERY

    The area of land surrounded by hedges situated north of the central railway line and approximately 450 yards west of Mabama Station as shown on Plan No. 3154.

MAHENGE CEMETERY

    The area of land situated 300 yards from Mahenge Boma on the road to Signal Hill as indicated on Plan No. 3159.

MOROGORO CEMETERY

    The area of the Public Cemetery as enclosed by steel pale fencing and shown on Plan No. 665 R. in Morogoro Municipality.

MOROGORO, MEMORIAL TO INDIAN TROOPS

    The site area of the Memorial to Indian Troops situated adjacent to and east of the Public Cemetery in the Morogoro Municipality, and indicated on Site Plan No. 961.

MOSHI BRITISH (MILITARY) CEMETERY

    The area enclosed by steel pale fencing as indicated on Plan No. 632, and situated adjacent to and east of the Public European Cemetery in Moshi Municipality.

MOSHI INDIAN CEMETERY

    The piece of land, enclosed by steel pale fencing, indicated on Plan No. 514 and situate adjacent to and to the west of the Public European Cemetery in Moshi Municipality.

MOSHI AFRICAN CEMETERY

    The area of land situated adjacent to Cemetery Road and the 1914-1918 War Cemetery in Moshi Municipality and shown bounded in red on Survey Plan R. 52 deposited and registered at the Ministry of Lands, and Dar es Salaam.

TABORA (NATIVE ASKARI) CEMETERIES

    The area of land situated 100 yards to the south of the central railway line and approximately 2½ miles west of Tabora Station as indicated on Plan No. 3158.

    The area of land enclosed by hedges adjoining the native cemetery as shown on Plan No. 3157.

TANGA CEMETERY

    The area of the Public Cemetery shown on Plan No. 553 R, in Tanga Municipality.

TANGA BRITISH MEMORIAL CEMETERY

    The piece of land entered by a lychgate, enclosed by iron standards supporting a wire fence, again enclosing an inner and supplementary stone wall, as indicated on Plan No. 379 and situated in the south-eastern area of Tanga Municipality.

UJIJI CEMETERY

    The area of land shown on Plan No. 3150.

    The plans referred to in the Schedule are deposited in the Ministry responsible for Lands, Dar es Salaam.
