NOTICES
(Section 15(1))
1. This Notice may be cited as the Traditional Liquor (Control of Distillation) (Declaration of Buying Posts) Notice.
2. With effect from the respective dates specified in the third column of the schedule to this Notice, the specified Districts prescribed in the first and second columns shall each be a buying post for the purposes of subsection (1) section 15 of the Traditional Liquor (Control of Distillation) Act *.

ORDERS
(Section 4)
1. This Order may be cited as the Traditional Liquor (Control of Distillation) (Manufacture of Liquor) Order.
2. With effect from the date specified in the third column, the areas situated within the jurisdiction of Districts specified in the first and second columns of the First Schedule to this Order, are hereby declared to be areas within which licences to manufacture traditional liquor may be granted.
3. The Licensing Authority having jurisdiction over any part within the jurisdiction of a specified District, may, for each District issue not more than fifty licences for the purpose of manufacturing traditional liquor.
4. The traditional liquor to be manufactured within the jurisdiction of the specified District shall not exceed twenty-five thousand litres per month.
5. The agricultural products specified in the Second Schedule to this order shall be used in the preparation of the wash to be used in the manufacture of traditional liquor.

1. This Order may be cited as the Traditional Liquor (Imposition of Tax) Order and shall come into operation on the fifteenth day of June, 1973.
2. The sales tax imposed on spirits manufactured by the distillation of traditional liquor shall be deemed to be tax required to be imposed on such spirits by section 24 of the Traditional Liquor (Control of Distillation) Act *.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Traditional Liquor (Control of Distillation) (Licensing) Regulations.
2. Every application for a licence and every licence granted in respect of the manufacture or distillation of traditional liquor shall be in the appropriate form in the First Schedule hereto.
3. The fees payable in respect of the matters specified in the first column of the Second Schedule hereto shall be set out opposite thereto in the second column of the Second Schedule:
Provided that where minimum and maximum fees are prescribed the actual fee payable shall be determined by the licensing authority.
4. Every entry made on a licence subsequent to its being granted shall be signed by the Minister, or as the case may be, the Chairman of licensing authority or by a person authorised by the Minister or the Chairman in that behalf.
