THE SPIRITS (PERMITTED PORTS) ORDER

(Sections 11(1) and 15)

G.N. No. 92 of 1961

    1. This Order may be cited as the Spirits (Permitted Ports) Order.

    2. The ports of Bukoba, Musoma, Mwanza, Moshi, Arusha, Lindi and Mtwara are hereby declared to be permitted ports for the purposes of section 11 of the Spirits Act which relates to the importation of non-caoutchoucinized spirits and for the purposes of section 15 of that Act which relates to the importation of caoutchoucinized spirits and power alcohol.

    1. These Rules may be cited as the Spirits (Forms) Rules.

    2. The forms set out in the Schedule hereto are hereby prescribed for use under the Act.
