    1. This Order may be cited as the Refugees (Declaration) Order.

    2. Every person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereto who has entered Mainland Tanzania from the place and on or after the date specified opposite to the description in columns 2 and 3 respectively, otherwise than as the holder of or as a person whose name is endorsed upon an entry permit or pass issued under the provisions of the Immigration Act, is hereby declared to be a refugee for the purposes of the Refugees Act *.

    1. This Order may be cited as the Refugee Reception and Residence Area (Declaration) Order.
