    Notice is hereby given that the following land, namely (describe lands, giving measurements and showing boundaries whenever practicable) is required by the President for public purposes absolutely. The measurements and boundaries of the said land are shown edged in red on Registered Plan No. ................ deposited with the Commissioner for Surveys. Copies of the said plan may be inspected at the Office of the Commissioner for Lands.

    Any person claiming to have any right or interest in the said land is required within six weeks from the date of this notice to send to the Minister responsible for Lands a statement of his right and interest and of the evidence thereof, and of any claim made by him in respect of such right or interest.

    And Notice is also hereby given that the President intends to enter into possession of the said land at the expiration of two weeks from the date of this Notice.

    Any person who shall wilfully hinder or obstruct any person duly authorised by the President from taking possession of the said land is liable under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act to a fine not exceeding five thousand shillings, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment.

        Whereas according to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act the President is entitled to enter upon and take possessions of ALL THAT land (describe the land).

        These are therefore to command you to put the President or any person authorised by him in that behalf in possession of the said land.

        Any person who shall wilfully hinder or obstruct the President or any person duly authorised by the President from taking possession of the said land is liable under the provisions of the above mentioned Act to a fine not exceeding five thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment.

        1. A Notice of intention to take ALL THAT land as more particularly described in the Schedule hereto was given in terms of Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act; the said Notice was dated the ......................... day of ......................... and in terms of Section 8 of the said Act was duly served and was published as General Notice No. ...................... in the Official Gazette dated the ......................... day of ......................... 20........

        2. More than six weeks have elapsed since the service and publication of the said Notice and no conveyance or deed of disposition has been executed for the transfer to the President of the said land in accordance with the terms of the said Notice.

        3. There are no proceedings in respect of the acquisition in respect of the said land other than proceedings for or relating to compensation pending in the High Court of Tanzania or the Court of Appeal.

        Accordingly in terms of section 28 of the said Act, I HEREBY APPLY for the grant to the President and the registration of a Certificate of Title to the said land.

        The Schedule above referred to:

        1. ALL THAT land and premises comprised in the Right of Occupancy or Government Leasehold estate registered under the above reference.

        2. ALL THAT land and premises being as more particularly delineated and edged red on the Plan attached hereto (being part of) the land and premises comprised in the estates registered under the above reference.
