1.    Citation

    These Rules may be cited as the Judgements Extension Fees Rules.

2.    Fees

    The fees leviable in connection with any matter or proceeding taken under the Judgements Extension Act * shall be those leviable in accordance with the scale of fees for the time being in force in similar matters and proceedings before the High Court of Tanzania. {/mprestriction}
