    1. This Order may be cited as the Grass Fires (Control) (Application) Order.

    2. The Grass Fires (Control) Act shall apply to the following areas–

        Tanga Region.

        Biharamulo Minor Settlement in Kagera Region.

        Kilosa, Morogoro and Kisarawe Districts.

        Arusha, Mbulu, Moshi and Monduli Districts.

        Mbeya, Iringa and Njombe Districts.

        Mafia Islands.

        Mpwapwa District.

        Mbozi District.

        Rungwe District.

        Kyela District.

        Ileje District.

        Sumbawanga District.

        Mufindi District.
