The following holdings are hereby declared to be ripe for development–
(Section 39)
(1) The land at Dar-es-Salaam, shown edged in red on a plan deposited in the Office of the Commissioner for Surveys as registered plan 12982.
(2) The land registered under Certificate of Title No. 186019/10 in the City of Dar-es-Salaam comprising an area of 44,617 square feet at the junction of Independence Avenue and Azikiwe Streets.

Plot numbers 876, 877, 878, 879, 884, 885, 886, 887, 888, 889, 890 and 891 all of Upanga Area, in the City of Dar es Salaam, shown edged in red on a plan deposited in the Office of Commissioner for Surveys as registered Plan Number 12984 *.
The land at Kibara in the Ukerewe District, having an area of 625.7 acres and edged red on Registered Plan No. 13078 deposited in the Office of the Commissioner for Surveys *.

The land at Moshi in the Kilimanjaro District, known as Plot No. 12, Block "A" and shown edged red for identification purposes on Registered Plan No. 13848 deposited with the Commissioner for Surveys. Copies of the said plan may be inspected at the office of the Commissioner for Lands and the Regional Land Officer, Moshi.

The measurements and boundaries of the said plot are shown edged in red on Registered Plan No. 14062 deposited with the Commissioner for Surveys. Copies of the said plan may be inspected at the office of the Commissioner for Lands.
The land known as Plot No. 43, Commercial Area "E", Boma Road, Arusha Township, is ripe for development. The measurements and boundaries of the said plot are shown edged in red on Registered Plan No. 14109 deposited with the Commissioner for Surveys. Copies of the said plan may be inspected at the office of the Commissioner for Lands and the office of the Regional Land Officer, Arusha.
The land known as plot No. 20 Block "F" Bukoba Township, is ripe for development. The measurements and boundaries of the said plot are shown edged in red on Registered Plan No. D>

1. These Rules may be cited as the Freehold Titles (Conversion) and Government Leases (Forms) Rules.
2. The forms in the Schedule shall be used in all matters to which they refer, with such alterations and additions, if any, as are necessary or desired.
