THE TANGANYIKA RED CROSS SOCIETY ACT
An Act to establish the Tanganyika Red Cross Society and for related matters.

This Act may be cited as the Tanganyika Red Cross Society Act.
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires–
"the Society" means the Tanganyika Red Cross Society established by section 3.
There is hereby established a body corporate by the name of the Tanganyika Red Cross Society with perpetual succession and a common seal which shall in its corporate name be capable of suing and being sued and which shall have the power of holding, purchasing and otherwise acquiring, and of disposing of, property both movable and immovable.
